So today we had four kids which seems to be our magic number lately, at least it’s consistent. 🙂 I got the kids to try beet chips! I made those by slicing the beet as thin as possible. Then putting them in a 325 degree oven and checking them every 10 minutes and then every five minutes after that. When they are done they will have shrunken to halve the size just about and will be crispy. Yum!
The kids thought these were “pretty good”.
